Before you flash
Use a data USB cable. Charge-only cables give "no port found".
CH340 driver needed on Windows/older macOS.
If the port never appears, hold BOOT and tap RST.
After you flash
White screen means the panel driver is wrong — swap ST7789 for ILI9341_2 and rebuild.
First sweep runs about 15 s after Wi-Fi connects.
Red rows are unknown MACs. Tap one, then TRUST.
Refreshing the build
Drop new .bin files next to manifest.json and bump
version. The map below reads its sizes from the files themselves,
so it always shows what's actually going to be written.
